Welcome to the Party Rental Planner learning center.
Use this page as a starting point to gain familiarity with the software. Although we've designed the software to be intuitive and easy to use, it doesn't hurt to have some helpful documentation if you get stuck.
The best way to use the learning center is to follow the menu on the left. We've organized the topics by Customer, Event, Products & Service and everything else. The videos provide the fastest introduction and can get you started right away. You will need to be registered and logged in to follow the steps which are laid in each learning page.
How to Register
Signing up for Party Rental Planner is absolutely free.
Step 1:
We don't ask for a credit card if you are just using our first level of service product. For more information about our product visit the pricing and products page. Once you are signed up you are ready to add customers and events. With minutes you'll be generating PDF's and emailing them to your customers.
Step 2:
Once you've confirmed your account sign-in to Party Rental Planner. You are now ready to follow the video and text guides in our Learning Center. If you run into trouble we are just a email or phone call away. Use the contact page to get your questions answered.
Step 3:
For some, just logging into Party Rental Planner will be enough to dive in and get started. For others, you many want to start with a couple of videos to see how things work. In either case, we've got you covered. To use the Learning Center to view videos use the left side of this page (or mobile menu) as a starting point. The Learning Center menu is divided into sections to make things easier.
