At Party Rental Planner we know there are several types of businesses, all with different needs.
For that reason, we offer subscriptions ranging from free to our custom solutions. Our products are designed to meet your needs- from small to midsize companies. With this in mind, we offer our "Always Free" Version which is great for small businesses or if you are just wanting to give our software a trial run.
The trial version has some limitations (customers, events, and invoice creation). If you outgrow these limitations, then business must be good! You can always just upgrade to a paid subscription version when you are ready.
You do not need a credit card to sign up and you can keep the free version as long as you would like!

5 Events/Month
Our Always Free version allows you to schedule up to 5 new events per month. If you need to book more than that, you can upgrade to our affordable Basic plan.
Unlimited Crew
Add your staff to upcoming events so they can keep track of the events to which they are assigned. You can add your driver, attendants and warehouse staff to each event without any limits.
Create and Email HTML Invoices
Send your clients their invoice in a shareable format as a link. With Party Rental Planner, you have the ability to keep invoices online and share links to your customers. Send email attachments directly from the software for efficient communications.
10 PDF Creations/Month
Rather not have your invoices only on the web? No problem - you can generate a PDF version of your invoice and save it for your own records or send it in an e-mail as an attachment.
