Party Rental Planner is built with a document creation and management system. This system allows for you to upload your own documents, use one of our standard documents or customize with your own documents. Any document in your account can be tied to an event which can then be emailed to your customers directly from the software. documents can be viewed in PDF, HTML or image format.
Our standard documents give you a starting point for invoices, estimates and packing list. Some of our standard documents include custom fields like color or number of days for an event rental. You can use any one of our documents as a starting point for your own personalized document which meets the needs of your business. In addition to using one of our standard documents as a starting point you can create your very own custom document and use it as needed for your events. Some examples of a custom document include rental contracts which have specific verbiage for your type of business.
