Searching is an integral part of using your Party Rental Planner account. Without the ability to easily find your customers, doing business would be difficult. We have designed our search to be simple and as easy as possible for you to find your customers.
There are two ways to search for your events. The first way is from the main navigation. If your screen is wide enough you will see a search input in the navigation bar. Start to type the event details into this field and Party Rental Planner will start to search for anything that matches your input. For example if you start to search for a customer's first name or last name or an event name your Party Rental Planner account will begin giving you results on what it found. if you see what you're searching for in the list that appears below the search area simply click on the item. If you don't see the event you're interested in click the search icon to the right of the search box.
If your screen is not wide enough or you're on a mobile device you may not see the search input. Instead when you click on the search icon you will be taken to a search page. The search page will allow you to search for customers, events and products. You'll notice below the search field there are three check boxes. You can select only the data in which you are interested in. For instance, if you're only interested in events only check the event checkbox.
Enter your search criteria and press the search button to execute your search. Your search results will be displayed on the screen.
