Odds are, your event rental business is not a one man operation. If you have a crew of employees that you rely on, you can add them to your account, and then attach them to specific events. This lets you keep track of employee time and avoid double-booking your crew. Our crew management system allows you to keep track of basic employee information, track their assigned events, create custom data fields, and block them from being booked on days they are not available. Use this section of the our documentation to better understand how to manage your group.
To use the Crew Manager you will need to enter your Set Up screen. The Set Up screen will have an option for managing your crew. See the image below.
