After you have found a customer via viewing or seaching you can then edit the customer. The customer manager is divided in to several tabs to organize the customer information for ease of use. The first tab is the Customer info tab. This tab contains the basic information about your customer. This includes name, billing address, and contact information. Note: Delivery address for a specific event is found in the specific event for the customer. See the following animiation on getting to the customer manager:
Viewing Events
You can view the events for a customer by visiting the Events tab. This tab will display an list of events which you can click on to manage each event.
Notes
The customer manager allows you to take notes for each customer. There are two types of notes: Primary and Other. A Primary note is the main note for the customer. Use this to write long standing details you wish to see immediately when viewing the customer. The 'Other' notes are time stamped notes which can help keep track of incidents, conversations and event details. These notes have the ability to be deleted unlike the Primary note.
