The Party Rental Planner software makes it easy to find your customers, events and products. In this section we will strictly focus on customers.
There are two ways to search for your customers: Via the main navigation or the search page. The main navigation's search is always available and will allow you to search directly from it if your screen is large enough. In cases where your screen is not large enough the Party Rental Planner software will direct you to the search page. Here is an animation of searching for a customer directly from the navigation.
As you type into the search form in the navigaton the Party Rental Planner system will start searching for customers which match your text. If you see the customer you are looking for simply click on that customer. If you don't see the customer you are looking for continue typing the name of the customer and click the search button to execute your search.
Small Screens
In cases where your screen is not large enough you will be directed to the search page. The search page has an search form where you can type the name of the customer you are looking for click the search button to execute your search. Be sure the checkbox next to 'customers' is selected underneath the search form. See the following animation for details:
