The Crew Manager allows you to block date for a user. Adding blocked dates to a crew member will ensure they cannot be added to events which occur during their blocked times. To add blocked dates navigate to the 'Blocked Dates' tab and enter the 'start' and 'end' dates of the blocked time. You can also enter specific notes for the blocked date range. On the right of this tab you can view any existing blocked dates. You can also remove any date from the right side of the screen as well. See the animation below for more details.
