Is the "Always Free" version really free?

Yes! Of course, there are some limitations. Use the free version as a trial account! See our Products page for more information.  

Can I create a custom Invoice?

Yes! Custom documents can be made. The cost is based on an hourly rate. Contact us for more information.

Can I send email from Party Rental Planner?

Yes! You can also send PDF attachments or links to your HTML invoices.

Can my employee's log under a different account?

Yes! You will need a package which includes sub accounts.

Can Party Rental Planner generate PDF invoices?

Yes! We can generate PDFs which can be emailed or downloaded.

How can I see my Party Rental Planner events on my own Calendar?

To view your events on your own calendar you will need a calendar which supports subscriptions.  Apple iCal and Google Calendar both support these features.  You will just need to embed the calendar link from your PRP account into your calendar software.

How many Products and Services can I add to my account?

 There are no limits on the number of products and services you can add to your account.  The only items which are limited based on your subscription are events and PDF creation.

How can I tell if a product is available before creating an invoice?

To see which products are available before creating a customer or event you can use your Dashboard's Product Availability Module.  Just enter the name of the product and the dates you wish to check.  If you have a product configured with a quantity, the available amount will be displayed.
