Each crew member can be assigned to different events in your Party Rental Planner account. To allow to the crew member's to better track their schedule we provide a calendar subscription link. The calendar subscription link can be added to any calendar which supports the ICAL format. This includes the Apple and Google calendars. Simply use the link we provide to integrate the crew members event list into your calendar. For more information on whether your calendar supports the ICAL format please check your calendar's software documentation.
To view the calendar subscribe link click the 'Calendar' tab on any crew member management page. From here you will be able to copy the calendar subscribe link and paste it into you own calendar. See the animated image below.
